Hello! I am a PhD candidate in public administration at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA), Indiana University-Bloomington, with a focus on public budgeting and financial management. 

My research interests lie at the intersection of public finance, fiscal institutions and governance, and organizational performance. Through my research, I hope to contribute to both academia and practice by providing theory- and evidence-based insights into financial management for sustainable governance.

I am a part of the Public Finance Working Group (PFWG) and the Metropolitan Governance and Management Transitions (MGMT) Lab. My publications have appeared in Public Budgeting & Finance (PB&F).
